Maison's New year...

Alhamdulillah!

 

It has been an excellent new year, first month, we have Alhamdulillah closed already

·         One in Netherlands.

·         And One Multimedia in Karachi.

 

·         We have also been officially now called the best Dynamics Partner in Pakistan.

·         We have also been chosen as official Pre-Sales company for Microsoft.

·         We also have the distinction of having the only case study being published.

·         Our guys are also being offered jobs from everywhere J (That’s a sign of success)

·         We are also the only ones Oracle is representing for BI Solutions along with our Netherlands Partner.

 

Guys, we are doing a good job! At this speed, I am sure we will come into profits this year and will be able to payback initial investments by the end of this year!

To maintain this speed we need 3 new projects coming in every month, so lets all be ambassadors of the great Maison Consulting, who has been overlooked by the Greatest Al mighty Allah.

FW: employee card : attendance system

Dear All,

In order to facilitate employees in marking their attendance, employee cards have been made and provided to all. The employee card system will replace the manual system of entering time-in into register. The employee card will come into effect from 1st Feb, 08.

In order to avoid any confusion or issue regarding attendance, management has defined a set of procedures and rules.

1. Employees are required to enter their time-in and time-out daily into the system through the employee cards.

2. Employees' salary calculations depend largely on the attendance report generated; hence, employees themselves are responsible for ensuring that their time-in and time-out has been correctly entered into the system.

3. Employees must enter their time-in and time-out themselves and not ask others to do so.

4. Any employee who has arrived late to work must still enter his/her time-in. If (s)he fails to do so, he/she will be marked absent.

5.  An employee will be considered an absent after 12 PM.

6. Charges for replacement cards may vary from Rs.200 – Rs.500
